ICQ ("we," "our," or "the app") is a personal wellness application that observes your daily rhythm patterns through health data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Information We Collect

ICQ accesses the following data from Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission:

• Activity Data: Steps, exercise minutes, active energy
• Sleep Data: Sleep duration and patterns
• Heart Rate: Resting and active heart rate measurements

ICQ does NOT:

• Write or modify any health data
• Collect personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Track your location
• Use cookies or analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

All health data processing occurs entirely on your device. ICQ uses your health data exclusively to:

• Calculate your personal coherence index (ICQ score)
• Detect meaningful changes in your daily rhythm patterns
• Generate a single notification when persistent changes are detected (maximum 2 per year)

4. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage Only: All data remains on your device. ICQ stores:

• A 90-day rolling baseline of your rhythm patterns
• Historical ICQ scores
• Notification history

No Cloud Storage: Your data is never transmitted to external servers, cloud storage, or third parties.

Data Deletion: Deleting the app permanently removes all stored data from your device.

5. Data Sharing

ICQ does not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third parties. Your health information never leaves your device.

6. Third-Party Services

ICQ does not integrate with or use any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

7. Children's Privacy

ICQ is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Access: You can view your data within the app at any time
• Deletion: Delete the app to remove all stored data
• Portability: Data remains on your device and under your control
• Opt-out: Revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings at any time

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of ICQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
